With the frequency of about 15khz, SSF series is able to perform the heating penetration of workpieces with a diameter of 80mm and the welding of various kinds of carbide-tipped tools.

2. The tempering of Brazing steel and Drilling Tools, the heating of brazing forging and extrusion.
3. The welding or soldering of Diamond Saw Blade and drilling tools.

Main applications of Quenching Induction heating equipments:
With the frequency of about 40khz, this SSF series is even able to quench the small shaft of high-degree accuracy with a diameter of as 10mm and keep the quenching depth within 1mm; some equipments can even quenching the big shaft with a diameter of 250mm and the gear with a diameter of about 500mm.

3. Also applied to the pop-rivet of fan wheel, reheating furnace of steel tube, hot roll of milled twist drill.
